The department has produced two bullying prevention videos and accompanying resources to guide conversations with students.
The videos discuss racist bullying and the importance of inclusion and diversity. They can be used to respond to racist bullying incidents in your school.
Student wellbeing leaders working with upper primary and secondary students are encouraged to use these videos and teacher guidance with their students.
The teacher guidance supports the video content and provides strategies, resources and discussion prompts to:
- promote diversity in educational settings
- create inclusive school environments
- challenge discriminatory language and behaviours
- support students exposed to racist bullying.
