The Be You Spotlight sessions have been designed to unpack professional learning as part of an engaging and interactive conversation.
This FREE online session is available to the wider school community (educators/teaching staff/support staff), not just Action Teams.
When
Wednesday 1 December 2021
3.45pm - 5.00pm
What the session covers
The challenges of 2021 as an educator highlight the need for conversations about how we care for ourselves as both professionals and people.
This discussion will include:
- Be You resources to support educator wellbeing and self-care practices, including various tools that are accessible on the Be You website.
- Recognising and caring for self during times of increased stress or fatigue including the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 on educators.
- Participants will have the opportunity to share practical examples of how the Be You resources can be used to support a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
These sessions are especially for educators whose learning community has already registered to participate in the Be You initiative.
