This 2 day course teaches adults how to assist adolescents who are experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem.
The course provides information and strategies to address:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Eating Disorders
• Psychosis
• Substance misuse
The YMHFA course will be facilitated by Adrian Booth -Clinical Psychologist MAPS, FCCLP, MASH. Adrian brings extensive experience and knowledge of working in mental health. He will offer practical strategies to enable educators to confidently respond the needs of students experiencing mental health difficulties.
Cost: $140 or free for Student Wellbeing Leaders
