Create inbox sanity by having Moodle forum post emails moved to a separate folder

When you are involved in a Moodle course or project where people are sharing in forums, your inbox can become overwhelming.  You may be torn between unsubscribing from the forum and the desire to get the updates -- but there is a third option: create rules so that course/project emails are sorted into a separate folder.
