The Engagement and Wellbeing directorate is developing a guideline for schools for responding to self-harm, suicidal thoughts and attempts. This guideline is being developed in consultation with other stakeholders in the department including SWISS.
We are consulting with student wellbeing leaders about what they currently use for safety planning in their sites and what they would like to see included in a department safety plan.
