The child protection policy, Safeguarding children and young people, has been updated. A new Mandatory notification procedure has also been developed.
The policy provides guidance and information on how schools, preschools and early childhood services can fulfil their legal obligations and individual responsibilities to keep children and young people safe.
The updated policy and new procedure apply to internal and external stakeholders, including staff, corporate office, volunteers, students, families and external service providers.
