World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education (WIPCE) to be held in Adelaide!
The WIPCE will be held in Adelaide 2-6 November 2020 (week 4, term 4). This is a unique opportunity for Aboriginal young people to be involved in an international conference and meet other Indigenous people from around the world.
More than 3000 Indigenous people are expected to attend and participate in pre-conference activities, conference workshops and opening and closing ceremonies.
The South Australian Workabout Centre is currently seeking registrations of interest from Aboriginal students to volunteer at the conference — register your interest here
Student volunteers will receive training, an option to achieve SACE credits, ongoing support throughout the conference and gain employment and volunteer skills.
